The Research of Food Safety Government Regulation Based on Mode of Serving-inducting Type Function

　　Given the context when the food safety supervision is shocked and questioned and the new regulatory system is not yet mature or perfect, the government needs to transform its function mode of regulation in food safety.Since modern times with the rule of conversion of the government function mode from protecting type, intervening type to inducting type, we can find that with the development of society and economy, the government management model has transformed from protection, intervention to guidance, service, thus tries to sort out the operation mechanism of the inducting type and applies it to current food safety supervision.After analyzing the current supervision mode and integrating the concept of the inducting type, a more economic and efficient serving-inducting supervision mode is brought out.Finding out the shortage and root of current mode, analyzing the necessity of mode transformation, strengthening and improving the new mode, the serving-inducting type regulatory function mode is built and implied finally.
