Research on Mechanism and Model of Knowledge Flow

摘要：

　　In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation has become the main driving force of social development, and knowledge flow has played an important role on knowledge innovation.From the perspectives of citation network, this paper analyzes the relevant concepts of knowledge flow, summarizes the types, elements and motivation of knowledge flow.Using citation networks and the relevant attribute mapping networks, this paper describes the process of explicit knowledge flow and tacit knowledge flow and establishes multi-level knowledge flow network model, based on which the mechanism of knowledge flow is analyzed.This paper has contributed to enrich the knowledge flow theory.
