Comparative Study on the Framework of Government Micro-blogs and Media Micro-blogs in Reporting Yaan Earthquake,China

摘要：

　　This paper has studied the 4.20 Yaan earthquake under the frame theory.According to the data collected from the government micro-blogs and the media micro-blogs, the study has made a comparative analysis from three level—a high level framework, a middle level framework and a low level framework.The empirical analysis shows that the government micro-blogs and the media micro-blogs reports on Yaan earthquake with huge diversity.And there are also differences between the middle framework and the low framework.Meanwhile, a thorough analysis of the government reports has manifested the government micro-blogs reaction mechanism during the Yaan earthquake, which provides a reference for the government micro-blogs in response to similar emergent public crises.
