The Empirical Analysis of Transmission Effect of Investment and Financing Policies of Infrastructure Construction in Resources-exhausted Cities Based on AHP
Although the financing channel of infrastructure construction in resource-exhausted cities has changed from single government investment into diversified financing, the transmission effect of the investment and financing policies is not ideal.How to ensure the transmission effect of the investment and financing policy is effective? Regarding this, we mainly use empirical analysis to related data in some resources-exhausted cities from 1999 to 2009 from the perspective of relations between the investment and financing policies of infrastructure construction in resource-exhausted cities and the development level of urban infrastructure.After identifying the problems of transmission of investment and financing policies exists in resources-exhausted cities, we propose suggestions to improve transmission effect of financing policy.
