Analysis of Group Decision-making for Brownfield Redevelopment Based on Interactive Multi-attribute

  Along with the process of new industrialization, the production transformation and relocation of enterprises leave over a lot of contaminated, discarded land.Due to the growth of population and the increasing demand for land, brownfield redevelopment(BR) is a topical issue in academic fields.Because of the multi-component uncertainty of decision information and conflicting characteristics of interest subject, how to coordinate conflicts among stakeholders is the key issue for the government.This paper applies a MAGDM model to implement objective evaluation of uncertainty attribute and interest subjects.Then we aggregate groups preference effectively to coordinate conflict among participants by using the theory of the Relative Entropy to gather the different preference information of stakeholders.Finally, a decision-making mechanism is developed to conduct useful research into the theory of the Relative Entropys application to Chinas BRs practice.
