Legal Regulation of Non-coercive Form of Administrative Action in China

摘要：

　　Non-coercive form of administrative action is adapted to the needs of economic marketization and government service, and it is a research focusing in the field of administrative law and public management.As a kind of new type administrative behavior, non-coercive form of administrative action enriches and perfects the theory of administrative law system and innovates the administrative management, it is a major development in the field of public administration.Based on the basic theory of administrative action, we study the necessity of legal regulation of compulsory administrative behavior and explore the legislative perfection and legal remedy.
