On Supportive Policies for Migrant Workers Returning Home to Start Business Based on Entrepreneurial Cycle Theory

　　This paper divides the process of the migrant workers returning home to start business into three stages according to the entrepreneurial cycle theory, namely opportunity recognition, starting a new business, and new business management.Through questionnaire survey, we have studied the different obstacles in each stage the entrepreneurs are faced with.In view of this, we have explored the possible corresponding supportive policies for them, hoping to lay the foundation for the system construction of migrant workers returning home to start businesses and create good business environment for migrant workers to start businesses in their hometowns.
