Company Knowledge Creation Mode in Large-scale Public Enterprise
How knowledge management promotes companys creative eapacity currently is worth to be deeply researched.This paper firstly compares the current methods of Company Knowledge Creation.As a case study of a large-scale public company, this paper secondly describes one possible way of the Company Knowledge Creation.That is using web technology to construct a virtual place helping employees to manage and create knowledge of individual and organization.Finally, it concluded that knowledge creation can improve the creative capacity for companies evidently.In China, our large-scale enterprises could use network as a platform to achieve companys knowledge creation.By using of network technology, staff and overall enterprise will create a virtual knowledge sharing and learning spaces, and they all could achieve enterprise knowledge creation.
