Comprehensive Assessment and Research of Intellectual Property Right Management Capabilities

　　Intellectual property right has become an important factor of international competition between corporations.And how to build intellectual property management performance evaluation system is also in the exploratory stage.Based on domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research, this paper combine with field survey and consideration of the characteristics of intellectual property management and establish evaluation index system from intellectual property service, intellectual property protection, intellectual property supervision, intellectual property output and intellectual property transformation.In order to avoid unreasonable weight coefficient caused by experts different views, this paper chose AHP method as its basic method and bring in Euclidean distance to select different views, and integrate Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation modeL Our target is evaluating enterprise intellectual property management capabidittes and improving effectiveness and practicability of enterprise intellectual property management capabilities.
