From Distributed to Collaborative:The Organizational Transformation of Chinese Industry Information Services System

摘要：

　　The purpose of this paper is to present an intensive information services system which is able to satisfy the supply chains demand in China.We discovered that the establishment of a cross-industry, cross-system collaborative service which is consisted of the existing distributed industrial information systems may be an approach to achieve this goaL Based on the recent advances of cross-system information services platforms in Hubei Province, we investigated the organizational mechanisms and the system architecture of this collaborative services system, also proposed the procedures that could be employed to construct a supply chain oriented information platform.
