Research Focuses and Frontiers of Intellectual Property of China

摘要：

　　By means of CSSCI, this paper collects about four thousand published papers which involved in intellectual property from 1998 to 2013.At first, the author studies the variation trend of this research field with duster analysis method among these years.And then, he finds this fields research focuses and frontiers by analyzing high-frequency words and burst terms with Pathfinder algorithm.Finally the paper makes qualitative analysis about the focus and explores the future research on the intellectual property.
