Study on the Information Service of Innovative Sci-Tech Resource under the Big Data Background
In recent years, there has been an increased use of big data, which brought huge impacts to information service of science and technology.Most current research touches on the phenomenon from the perspective of computer science and industry users.In this study, we studied the change and use of science and technology, information resources, analyzed the impacts of big data on science and technology innovation.According to satisfy users information needs, we combining the massive data with personalized demands, and offering information association mining services and technological innovation resource coalition security service to reform the information services of science and technology innovative resources.The results help shed Hight on big data user behavior, information service innovation in big data environment.The results also offer implications for enhancing science and technology information service.
