Study on Sharing of Scientific and Technological Resources in China
Scientific and technological resources are important strotegic resources of the country.With the advancement and innovation of science and technology, scientific and technological resources are more and more abundant.These resources hove been caused more and more concern and attention by the government and the public.However, due to not stronger the consciousness of resources sharing, imbalance the distribution of scientific and technological resources, and the laws and regulations of scientific and technological resources sharing lag, not perfect scientific and technological resources shoring system and mechanism, results decreased the levd of sharing, and wastered a great deal of resource.This paper analyzes the problem of scientific and technological resources sharing.And then, proposes some suggestions and countermeasures on promoting scientific and technological resources sharing.The suggestions and countermeasures are that strengthen coordination management, evaluation of scientific and technological resources, open and free exchange of information, widening financing channels, and building in scientific and technological resources management team.
