The Innovation and Development of Knowledge Service in the Era of Big Data
The study of innovation and development of knowledge services in the era of big data is of important significance.This article focuses on the characteristics and technical support of knowledge service in big data Age.It started with the analysis of opportunities for knowledge service in era of big data, including providing in-depth reference service, implementing specialized, personalized and precise knowledge service, etc.Meanwhile, there are also some challenges.Based on the characteristics of big data and the opportunities and challenges for knowledge service, it then discusses on the new requirements and characteristics of knowledge service under the big data environment, such as a service model that oriented to wisdom and self-needs, based on group innovation, service that is predictive, proactive and emphasizing the users involvement etc.Finally, it invest/gates the technical support for innovation and the development of knowledge service, including management and processing technologies of the complexity of structured, semi-structured and unstructured big data, identification, sensing and adaptation techniques on big data, virtualization access technology and terminal interaction techniques.
