The Path of Chinese University Patent:A Comparison and Best Model Research

　　There arc academic debates on university patent that over pursuing of patent application and transformation will lead universities to commercial organization and resulted in deviation of the nature of university.Problems behind of the debate are low quality and transformation efficiency of university patent and lack of reaction of patent to subject development.This paper olserves and investigates policies and practical experiences of patent management and transformation of Stanford University, MIT, Cambridge University, Oxford University and Tokyo University, summarizing and analyzing of three important university patent management and transformation models: internal force driving model, technology transfer model and University-Indnstry(U-1) cooperation model.Finally, the paper proposes suggestions to promote Chinese university patent policies integrating of status quo of Chinese university patent management and transformation.
