The Developing Process of Open Access Journals and Its Inspiration for Chinas Social Science Academic Journals

　　According to the indexed data about open access journals from 2002 to 2013 coming from DOAJ, the authors analyze the development status and backtracking of open access journals.Combined with the development status of chinas social science academic journals, points out two inspirations for them: the first one is taking part of open access, the other is constructing nonprofit welfare institutional repository.
