LiterMiner:A Novel Analytic System for Heterogeneous Literature Data

摘要：

　　The data set of scientific literature could be represented as heterogeneous information networks, in which there are multiple entities and relation types.We design a novel analytic tool called LiterMiner, with which we can discover hidden knowledge from the heterogeneous network and display the interactive visualization solution.Our system has forth principle features.1) It supports multi source literature records.2) It uses effective methods to accomplish the task of name disambiguation and entity de-duplication.3) It could integrate the common analytic methods such as community detection, multi-dimensional analysis, and evolution analysis etc.4) It could support different granularity analysis on the heterogeneous network.
