The Application of Query Performance Prediction to Result Merging of Aggregated Search

摘要：

　　In recent years, aggregated search has been an important research direction in information retrieval where result merging is the key research topic.Therefore, this paper appfies Predicting Query Performance (PQP) methods to merge results in aggregated search and makes comparative study of different PQP methods.The experimental results indicate that PQP methods achieve a better performance compared with traditional result merging method.
