Mix design and performances of sulphoaluminate cement-based EPS lightweight insulation material
Sulphoaluminate cement-based EPS lightweight insulation material has the super advantage to be used as thermal insulations material in cold re goons.As for its performances, the cement-bead ratio was the most influential factor, followed by the dosage of cellulose ether, the water-cement ratio and the dosage of water reducer, respectively.The optimized proportion was that the cement-bead ratio was 40, the water-cement ratio was 0.45, the dosage of wa ter reducer was 0.45%, and the dosage of cellulose ether was 0.7%.The me chanical property was that compressive strength was 0.78MPa, flexural strength was 0.62MPa, dry density was 268kg/m3 , and the thermal conductiv ity was 0.042W/ (m · K).
