Zero Emission of Sulfur Dioxide and Low Emission of Nitrogen Oxides in Flue Gas of Kiln Tail in Producing Sulphoaluminate Cement by Precalcining Kiln System
Working conditions of two types of precalcining kiln system in sul phoaluminate cement(SAC) production were tested, results of zero emission of sulfur(SO2) and low emission of nitrogen oxides(NOx) were concluded.Mech anism analyses of experimental results including zero emission of SO2 and low e mission of NOx highlight the resorptive effect of activated calcium hydroxide -Ca(OH)2 in preheater.Furthermore, circular economy model of desulfuriza tion and sulphoaluminate cement production integration in large-scale power sta tion was proposed.Suggestions of further study on relative research work and elimination of dry rotary kiln in SAC production were given to relevant depart mens.
