Research and Application of Wear Resistant Materials on the Special Cement Manufacture
The production and consumption of cement in China is high.The ordinary Portland cement was well developed but sulphoaluminate cement was not widely applied and the production is only 2000kt per year.Because of the differences in the raw materials and techniques, the consumption of the wear resistance materials of production line was much higher than that for ordinary Portland cement production, which made up a large portion of the cost.With the increase of the production, the amount of wear resist ance materials consumed in the manufacture increased rapidly.It is urgent to analyze and characterize the properties of different wear resistance mate rials and identify the suitable materials for sulphoaluminate cement manu facture.
