Effects of Accelerator and Retarder on the Properties of Hardened Sulphoaluminate Cement
In this study, the effect of Li2CO3 and H3BO3 on the normal consistency, setting time and compressive strength of sulphoaluminate ce ment was analyzed.The results showed that lithium carbonate greatly ac celerated the hydration of sulphoaluminate cement but lowered the late age strength.Boric acid retarded the hydration and increased the late age strength.
