A Research on the Socialist Core Value System and Upgrading of Chinas Cultural Soft Power

　　As the essence and core of cultural soft power, the socialist core value system is the predominant factor in upgrading Chinas cultural soft power.The socialist core value system determines the nature and development direction of the cultural soft power, as well as its development level.The attractiveness and cohesiveness of the socialist core value system shall be brought into full play, and peoples recognition of the socialist core value system shall be enhanced, so as to upgrade Chinas cultural soft power.
