Rule-of-Law Principles Recognition and National Soft Power
National soft power can be defined as attraction of national ideology, appeal of institutional culture and cohesion of foreign policy.A comprehensive review of the current communities show that all the nations with hard power and soft power that are both strong recognize and pursue the values of human rights, democracy and rule of law and take the rule-of-law principles as the most fundamental value for safeguarding the abovementioned values.Rule-of-law principles have become one of the undeniable universal values and are the institutional guarantee for nations to sustainably reinforce their hard and soft powers.
