To propel the teaching reformation and Strengthen the soft power of nation culture

　　Language is the first means of communication, and it is one of the national soft powers, too.Whether is the cultural exchange, or technology or idea exchange, the first thing to communicate between the two sides exactly through fluent language? As we all known, English is the most useful language in the world.Therefore, English teaching put an important role under national cultural soft power instruction as well.This paper mainly studies the background of English teaching of university under national cultural soft power instruction and the existing problems.Then, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to better promote the construction of the national cultural soft power more profitably.
