The Study of the Government Soft Power in Terms of the Scientific Level of Its Management
The improvement of the government soft power is a necessary condition for enhancing the government executive power and improving the image of the government.Meanwhile, the governments scientific management level is an important part of the governments soft power, especially in the evolutional process from the material management based on economic man hypothesis to the people management based on the assumption of people of society and then furthermore to the heart management in order to stimulate their inner consciousness.The scientific management level becomes more and more important in the government building of the soft power.From the perspective of the governments scientific management level, this paper analyzes the status and also the factors that impact the level of scientific management and also puts forward some reasonable path recommendations to enhance the governments soft power.
