Governance with Soft Power in the Prespective of NGO

摘要：

　　NGO is not an organization for profit.It is not regarded as a government association, corporation, foundation, charitable trust, non-profit-making company or non-governmental organization of other legal persons under some specific law system.Since the 1990s, lots of NGOs have been founded in China, which has led many changes in Chinese social field.It has also challenged the nation governance model and the relation between the country and the society.With that, the academic circle and other circles have paid much attention on it.This paper discussed about the logic and the deeply rooted reasons of carrying out the governance with soft power from the perspective of NGO.At the same time, this paper also points out that the social management should depend on the power of the social organization and social power, thereby realizing the governance with the soft power.
