Korean Governments Role in Promoting and Enlightening to Korean Culture
As the representative of the countrys soft power, Korean pop culture has played a huge role in the development of social and economic, the establishment of national image and the promotion of international influence.However, the development and promotion of Korean pop culture is inseparable with the measures that Korean government acts in agencies, law, finance, marketing, human resources and so on, in which it plays a major role, forming a popular culture development model that government actively lead and community-wide participation.In comparison, the development of popular culture in China is faced with some problems lacking of creativity and extraversion.Therefore, the development and promotion of Korean pop culture has some inspiration to China in a degree, while that in China can learn from the experience of South Korea.The development needs the government makes collaborative efforts with all parties to achieve the development and prosperity of the Chinese culture, so as to promote the soft power of Chinese culture and the building and improvement of Chinese international image.
