Research on the Construction of Russias Cultural Soft Power Since the New Century

　　Today is a communication era of globalization; every nationality faces cultural crises and challenges of cultural development, which awakens every nationalitys cultural self-consciousness and cultural soft power ideology.In the era of Boris Yeltsin after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russias cultural soft power suffered a major crisis, since the new century, Russia has taken a series of measures to contain its decline, at the same time, it also has made positive efforts for its promotion.Russias cultural soft power development has been further consolidated and promoted after Putin return to the Kremlin.
