The problems of the CDM projects popularization and solutions of Shandong province
Shandong was one of the provinces who firstly promoted clean production mechanism in China.Under the background of the central government comprehensively promoting clean production, the CDM projects have made some achievements in Shandong.There have been more than 100 projects successfully authorized by NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission), which covering energy conservation, energy efficiency, new energy, renewable energy, greenhouse gas decomposition and methanes recyeling.Those projects are notable on emission reduction.At the same time there also are some problems in the process, say on the whole, which are policy, technology and transaction.Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Shandong provinces CDM practice, the paper puts forward proposals to address these issues.
