Study the Construction of Chinas Regional Soft Power Evaluation System

摘要：

　　Regional soft power is all the intangible elements a region can be mobilized, including regional culture, human resources, regional image, openness, government management and innovation ability in regional competition.Based on the index design principle we build a regional soft power evaluation index system from the six aspects of regional culture, human resources, regional image, openness, innovation ability, government management, and discuss the evaluation methods.
