Evaluation on the Development Efficiency of Hunans County Economy Based on DEA

摘要：

　　County economy is the carrier of Hunans economy and its characteristics on industry size, social capital, human resource, economic environment determine the differences of economic developing degree and factor endowment compared with other cities and metropolises.It is a good idea to use DEA to provide basement for the policy on how to develop regional economy.
