The Path to Enhance Citys Soft Power to Achieve Sustainable Development Based on The Constituent Elements of Soft Power

摘要：

　　A citys competitiveness, including soft power and hard power.The two parts with each other and interaction the citys comprehensive long-term development.The social and economic development model of China is in Transformation Period currently.How to break the single resource-based development model to achieve sustainable economic and social development is a major problem currently.People pay much attention on the construction of hard power and the soft power building often overlooked, therefore the hard power and soft power are imbalance, and restricting the further development of economic.that is why we explore the way to improve the citys soft power for achieving sustainable urban development.
