The Connotation of Balance Urban and Rural Development with Its Statistical Evaluation System Research

摘要：

　　At the first beginning of this article, we parsing the connotation of balance urban and rural development divided the whole monitoring and evaluation system into four parts: the level of urban-rural gaps, allocation of resource elements, rural urbanization, integrated urban and rural public services, in order to build a statistical evaluation system of urban and rural development process indicators.
