Research on the Upgrade of Processing Trade under the Domination of the Multinational Corporations---Take Shandong Province as an Example

　　It is very significant to research on the upgrade of processing trade and technology diffusion.This article analyses the necessity of the upgrade of processing trade, and studies foreign-owned enterprises dominated by multinational corporations.In this article is how.Meanwhile, author regards that some specific behavior for foreign-owned enterprises should have and puts forward several suggestions to cope with this obstacle in order to promote the upgrade.
