Evaluation and Promotion for the Soft Power of Strategic Emerging in Industries
As countries, regions, cities and enterprises, industries have soft power, which is significant to the overall strength and competitiveness of industries.The soft power of strategic emerging industries involve strategic planning, innovation and development, brand building, cultural influence, quality of talents, business and management, integrity and credibility as well as environmental planning.This paper proposes an effective evaluation model for the soft power of strategic emerging industries.Finally, this article asserts that in order to promote their soft power, industries need not only to attach equal importance to both soft and hard power, but also to pay special attention to plan, innovation, integration, enterprise culture, market regulation, institutional environment optimization as well as intellectual and ideological development.
