Research on Human resource quality and Soft power A case study of Pension agency of Jinan

摘要：

　　With the development of economic globalization, human resource has become one of the most important strategic resources, and the human resources quality directly relates to the level of a countrys soft power in economy.In this paper, we take pension agency of Jinan service quality as an example, analyze the general problems existing in current quality of pension agency staff, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, try to explain the importance of the quality of human resources to enhance the soft power.
