Soft power is the universitys core values and intrinsic quality.It is a comprehensive reflection of college sprit, tradition, concepts, systems, as well as a spefic cultural feature which formed by a peroid of cultural heritage.To improve the university soft power is to adapt to global trends in higher education, to enhance national soft power, to help university improve in a sound and rapid speed Given the current existence of colleges and universities to enhance the concept of soft power loss, the absence of institutional constraints, and many other environment, universities need to clear positioning, reshaping university spirit, optimize university system,, promote innovation, enhance the university colleges soft power.
