University Endowment Fund and the Construction of University Soft Power

摘要：

　　With the rapid development of higher education, the competition among universities is becoming increasingly fierce, and the soft power construction becomes critical to the university development.Based on the analysis of the connotation, significance and the existing problems of university soft power, a more comprehensive and in-depth exploration was done on the role of the development of university endowment fund in the construction of university soft power.At last, some new countermeasures were put forward for promoting the development of university endowment fund and the construction of university soft power.
