The Analysis of Incentive System for Ordinary Staff in Private Enterprise

  Private enterprises lack the concept of modem human resource management, especially the problem of incentive system.Without effective incentive system, most of the private enterprises adopt pay policy only, thus the staffs initiative and creativity cannot be fully motivated and their higher needs cannot be realized.All these lead to enterprises difficulty of achieving strategic targets and forming a strong competitiveness.Starting with the problems of the incentive system in Chinese private enterprise, this paper discusses how to design the incentive system.Apart from optimizing pay and welfare system, the enterprises should promote soft power of themselves and their staff by systemizing payment and cultural construction, making spirit incentive a long-term job and motivating staffs activity and initiative to serve the company.The efforts contribute to the enterprises scientific management and competitiveness promotion, and lay a foundation for the development.Finally, a win-win situation between the enterprises and their staff is achieved.
