The application of E-HR in A Companys Operating Management

  The Chinese company, the concept of HR (Human Resource) Human Resource management is a kind of invention.Chinese enterprises should be how to systematically establish and develop its human resources management system, there are few institutions seriously studied, more are some commercial organizations, the HR services for the enterprise as a short term rapid business, blindly introduce management technology, regardless of the enterprise itselfs stage of development, as well as internal and external environment, management idea, band-aid, kaufrnann, take temporary solution not effect a permanent cure.This makes many enterprises cant put the HR management in the whole ecological environment to systematically consider, ignored the HR in the development on the basis of the work.So, want to get rid of the plight of the domestic enterprise HR management, needs to solve two problems: top management consciousness and the professional quality of the HR management team.When managers are accustomed to on the platform by means of sensibility in daily management work, their awareness and quality have been quietly ascend to a new level.
