System Dynamics Simulation of Factors Influencing Employee Engagement Based on Soft Power Perspective
In order to further explore evolution rules of employee engagement, a system simulation model of employee engagement was built based on the principle of SD.Main factors affecting employee engagement were analyzed.The software Vensim PLE was used to simulate the dynamic influence of main effecting factors on employee engagement.The dynamic simulation of the evolution process of employee engagement was carried out.The results show that work supports and work controls have good effects on employee engagement, work requirements has inhibitory effects on it, that the effects of the main factors affecting employee engagement have differences in strength, onset time and utility duration and the evolution process of employee engagement is staged due to the interaction of the factors.
