From the Urban and Rural Compulsory Education Funds Investment is about Public Service Equalization

　　The equalization of public services is the hot spot of the government and experts to discuss the rural compulsory education, as a part of the public service which can promote rural personnel training and development.so to study the issue of rural compulsory education to the equalization of public services perspective, compulsory education between county and township analysis between urban and rural areas, between different regions and not equal the problems, and put forward feasible suggestions to realize the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas gradually.
