Risk Management on Postgraduate Tutors

　　With the rapid development of postgraduate education, more and more postgraduate tutors come into being.At the same time, there are many risks on postgraduate tutors management.These risks lnclude tuors lack motivate to work hard, feel unsatisfied with work and at last leave the school.Based on the risk management analysis, this articlein puts forward the reasons of the risks.And from these causes of these problems, the corresponding risk prevention and control strategies are given.
