The Analysis for the Enterprise System Bases of Japanese Circular Economy

　　With the development of world economy, the contradiction between economic development and natural environment is increasing.To develop the circular economy is the inevitable choice to solve the question above.Japan has done a good job in their developing of circular economy by the joint effort of the government, enterprises and the public.Japanese enterprises play a leading role in the circular economy.By the analysis, it is the enterprise institution characterized by horizontal information structure that makes Japans circular economy performs better than other countries in the world.
