Study on Connotations,Influencing Factors and Evaluation Indexs of Management Systems Effectiveness Based on Enterprises Soft Power Perspective
Soft power has increasingly become an important part of enterprise competitiveness, more contents of soft power are studied by scholars, such as culture, brand, image.However, as an important constitute of enterprises soft power, enterprise management capacity has not been due attention and studied.Therefore, to promote enterprises soft power, this paper took effectiveness of management system as the research object to stand for enterprise management ability, and studied the connotations, influencing factors, and built an evaluation index system to measure effectiveness of enterprise management system from the process.Based on the index, enterprise can improve its management ability from effective development, implementation and perfection; also enhance its soft power at last!
