Study on Factors Influencing Soft Power of Coal Mining Enterprises Based on ISM

　　As the knowledge economy and information technology has reached, the development of the coal mining enterprises does not only rely on the resources, technology, capital investment, but also subject to the impact of the enterprise soft power.The strength of the soft power of coal mining enterprises, directly related to the sustainable development of enterprises.The paper looks for coal mining enterprises soft power influencing factors, then uses interpretative structural modeling(ISM), analysis the relationship among various influencing factors, and established 3-layer hierarchical model.The result shows: enterprises equipment, work environment, Enterprises safety management level are direct surface factors; capital input is indirect middle factor; enterprise culture, enterprise management system, leadership style are deep fundamental factors.Strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, improving the management system of coal mining enterprises, increasing capital investment are recommending for enhancing soft power of mine enterprise.
