　　Through the existing research, the corporate Soft power has been re-interpreted on the perspective of organization routines.On the basis of analysis of the hierarchy and situational dependence of corporate soft power, the study takes analysis of the evolutionary path on corporate soft power the strength of.Finally, the studys some shortcomings and future research are discussed.
