An Empirical Research on the Factors that Affect Enterprise Groups Synergy Effects
In view of the enterprise group financial synergy between parent-subsidiary control, analyzes the influencing factors of enterprise group financial synergy, built a contains multiple influencing factors model, according to this hypothesis and using the structural equation model to 205 questionnaires data.The result shows that the group strategic target and the key resources of enterprise group finance control together have positive significant effect, Differences and geographic distance between enterprise Group Company has negative significant effect to financial synergy, Relative to the decentralized enterprise group management mode, centralized management is more advantageous to the coordination of financial control.
