Analyzing the Methods of Promoting Enterprise Soft Power Based on Innovation and Brand construction
The competence that enterprises use to achieve their goals through the way of resorting to the heart directly, occupying the hearts of interest-related party externally, and internally depending on the use of mental energy of employees is defined as Enterprise Soft Power.In the enterprise, the enterprise culture, management system, organization pattern, leadership and innovative ability are the soft power resources; outside the enterprise, the brand and service, social responsibility and enterprise awareness are its soft power resource foundation.Based on the elaboration of connotation of enterprise soft power, this paper explores the inner relationship between innovation and brand construction and corporate soft power, and puts forward the promotion strategy of enterprises soft power based on two aspects: innovation and brand construction.
